India has banned many businesses from China (like TikTok), after accusing them of spying. I don't know about any remaining Chinese businesses in India and conditions for them to stay in India. If you would like more info, check it out "here":https://www.investindia.gov.in/country/china.
I guess one condition is that they are not spying on India. India was able to get away with flipping China off, because it's a large country.
