Perfect Pony Plot Provider - Uploader of 10+ images with 350 upvotes or more (Questionable/Explicit)
Notoriously Divine Tagger - Consistently uploads images above and beyond the minimum tag requirements. And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

And what do those have to do with their budget priorities, as somehow they can still afford to modernize their infrastructure better than the US? As I pointed out, the US could slash their military expenditures by half and still be the big guy in the playground, with the extra money put to better uses ("Dustcan":/forums/generals/topics/tartarus?post_id=5093915#post_5093915 pointed out a few of them).
The Soviet Union made the same mistake, y'know: too much focus on the arms race with the US, not enough on domestic development.
