Hottake: Their budget is so disgustingly large that despite the sheer quantity _*and_* quality of missing weapons and munitions - up to and including _*armor piercing grenades and rocket launchers_* - that they don't notice when when literal thousands of them so missing.


 
Also a reminder: the military is the only government and/or private entity to never be audited.
