They're not quite done with the recount yet, but Pedro Castillo's seems to be leading by about 50,000 votes (50.14% of the tallied ballots), while Keiko Fujimori refused to admit defeat until the last vote is counted (she previously made some unsubstantiated accusllegations of fraud and unsuccessfully sought to annul the results from 802 polling stations totaling 200,000 votes, which presented irregularities according to her — an accusation denied by observers from the OAS).
