China is currently "[facing a population issue":](https://news.cgtn.com/news/2021-05-13/China-s-one-child-policy-revisited-Its-history-and-linger-impact-10e6ZTLZHtC).

Due to the one-child policy and the rising cost of living, less people in China are interesting in starting their own families. The government stated that if they do not resolve this, eventually younger people in China will be strained to support more elderly people due to the falling birth rates.

This, along with the US, are examples of countries with a falling birth rate. Although it could be good for the environment and resources, having a declining population could eventually make a country weaker.

I would like to know from both conservatives and leftists: "What policies would they suggest to prevent a country from dying out?"
From what I have seen online, leftists would advocate for government support and "[more immigrants from everywhere":](https://www.forbes.com/sites/andyjsemotiuk/2021/05/10/more-immigration-best-solution-to-us-economic-decline-and-continued-world-leadership/?sh=73b76a0d36b6) (what about the culture, though? *). Conservatives would call for more heterosexual families, though gov support for said families would be discouraged as "socialism" and "Big Government".
* As much as I may not like it, I think this would make an interesting scenario -- assuming that immigration has become more free in the US, I think that the resulting society will look like a more-stable Mexico, but with more English, Disney, Twitter socialism, and Netflix. I would still have a problem if the same thing happened in Malaysia, because I don't want the Malays to be displaced by Americans.

I've also seen this on Twitter, where Indians praise the Israeli attacks as "self-defense" against Hamas, and call for more war against Islam. They consider it similar to them being attacked by Pakistan and Islamist militants.

Meanwhile, the Israelis on the Internet proposed deporting Palestinians to Jordan.
