* activism -- whether by leftists to push for equality and social justice by being as rude and shocking against the White majority, or by rightists who also want to be shocking and violent to fight back against "political correctness" and "big government".


 
These nasty attitudes might had soured during the Obama and Trump administrations. While Obama ruled, right-wingers accused him of communism and denounced him for not being White.

In the left, more people cut away right-wingers as they accused Trump supporters of supporting his administration's policies and his supporters' hatred against marginalised people. In the right, Trump's anti-establishment and politically-incorrect rhetoric, along with growing support for social justice and LGBTQ movements in the mass media, encouraged people to support right-wing militants and White supremacist groups to fight back against what they considered as "attacks against the family/the church".
