Basically, it’s mostly bad to smaller organisms. Their stingers double as ovipositors, filling the victim with eggs that hatch into larvae, eating their innards and saving their vital organs for last, all whole making sure the host’s immune system won’t fight off their bingefest. Then, they cocoon themselves inside the host and eventually burst out to become more of these horrible things to repeat the process.
