It’s mostly FX’s current habit of putting most PG-13 movies a TV-MA rating over language and Violence and sexual situations or other subject matter that seems R-ish.

Heck, the Last Bayformers movie is rated TV-MA even if it was rated PG-13. Accidentally making it Hasbro’s first kind of content that is rated TV-MA as opposed to Y7 or 14 or PG.
