Depends on the glitch. Some exploits are so powerful that they can literally reprogram the game, so you can skip to the end credits or play the My Little Pony theme or emulate the NES classic Color a Dinosaur.
But even then, there’s a moral difference, as “arbitrary code” glitches have to be triggered using only legal inputs within the game itself, which is why they’re almost exclusive to the TAS community.
