We don’t usually run alot of peacocks free like some common birds heck, if we see one it must be turnover to DENR since it’s illegal to keep.

Well, the ones here definitely aren’t pets. They’re just native to that specific area. As are parrots.

The only rare avian’s I’ve seen around my neigbours was a black naped oriole several years ago.

We had all kinds of stuff there. Peacocks, parrots, bears, coyotes, hawks, I think even wolves once.
