I forgot to mention this, but I had a buffalo steak and fries from Barry’s Downtown Steakhouse in the basement of Circa Casino in Las Vegas about 6 weeks ago. One of the best steaks I ever had (and one of the most expensive.)
Stupid stuff that comes to mind that we want to post
Since we’re on about food, I remember a few Christmases ago my family had a massive roast dinner, only with a huge slab of turkey or chicken (I can’t remember exactly which) loaded with cranberry stuffing and completely wrapped in bacon.
It’s genuinely one of the best meals I think I’ve ever had, especially in the last half-decade or so.

I went to Firehouse Subs for lunch and saw they had a Thanksgiving sandwich with turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing, so I had to get it. I’m glad I did. It was delicious. Totally better than Arby’s fried turkey sandwich.
Firehouse is good, but I’m more of a Jersey Mike’s guy. Might even get that today
While I haven’t tried Firehouse Subs nor Jersey Mikes, I can say for sure that Publix subs are great. Way better than what they serve on any Subway where I live.

I really wish reasonable compromises could be made between evangelical christians and the lgbt. Sigh!

While I don’t mind sea animals mainly the non-dangerous ones, the one that gives me the willies are killer whales or orcas. The way how they look all black with two white spots where their eyes are and you can’t tell where they are genuinely unnerve me. That’s one of the reasons why I never want to go deep sea diving, that and the thought of something going wrong and then drowning in the middle of the deep ocean genuinely scares me

Having lived in Atlanta for the past 30 years it’s safe to say that it’s becoming a Mini Los Angeles, albeit with more trees, water, Black people and no beaches.
