Of all the worst things Cartman has done, his treatment toward Heidi Turner will always be the worst. Butters is naive and confident enough to defend himself. Kyle is self-righteous enough to keep himself in check. But Heidi is just an innocent girl. She’s vulnerable, caring, kind. Cartman didn’t just hurt her. He turned her into himself. He destroyed her.

I’ll admit, I’m not really somebody who follows Hololive, and don’t get me wrong, I understand being in deeply invested in something, but I feel like people are going way too far with the announcement that Amelia Watson made last night. The way people are grieving for her, you think that the person who portrayed her had died unexpectedly in an accident or something.

It literally came outta nowhere and she was one of the last person who would do something like that out of the blue so yeah, with all due respect, they have all the known rights to be shocked out cold. Even I am still processing this thought because I’ve known this guy for so many years now.

That’s fair. I used to think that about veggie juice. But it still feels a little unnatural to drink veggies. It just feels weird.

As I said, as somebody who’s not super invested into the whole thing, I realize I’m not exactly in a position to make judgments, and I realize that people are entitled to whatever feelings they may have in response to this announcement. I’m just saying that there have been actual deaths that haven’t been able to elicit this outpouring of grief, and Watson’s not even leaving Hololive. She’s still going to be working for the company, just in a role that takes her out of the spotlight.

Sadness come and go but to end your life over something that doesn’t physically exist but can still be rewatched as they like is just pitiful mang.

There’s reasons why they graduate though, they’re real humans behind animated avatars that doesn’t last forever. And they probably found something that’s better than their current affair.

As far as I know, people haven’t killed themselves because of the announcement. What I meant is that there have been deaths of real-life people (like James Earl Jones just recently) that haven’t managed to elicit the amount of grief that Watson’s announcement has. Or at least, that seems to be the case.
