Indeed. Then there’s the subset that would rather openly identify as “freaks” (which I lean toward off and on), but that’s kind of another story.

Honestly it would depend entirely on what kind of “freak” we’d be talking about. Because among consenting adults in an appropriate setting? I let my freak flag fly on the regular.

I’m not really saying “freak in bed” here. I mean “Freak” in a more countercultural/social setting. Outcasts, really. People like Frank Zappa and his original band, Wavy Gravy and Hunter S. Thompson. Mind you, this does not include nor condone people with certain dangerous behaviour! People who are just not afraid to be themselves, and express themselves in that sense.

Ah I gotcha. Well in that context, I fully welcome challenging the boundaries of social norms, PROVIDED that people’s personal boundaries are respected and nobody is getting hurt. Because both in and out of the sack, consent is super important to me.

In a sense, yes. Many programmers and coders in the early days of the net were some form of hippie, or were at some point.

Work has been so lenient I’ve been playing Phone Destroyer, and now I even want to give Snow Day! a try even with its bad reputation. The gameplay actually looks fun and I want to look at the kids in 3D. If anything is to take over my life I’m glad South Park is it.
