No, they reproduce by dying and having their heads cut off. Only by cutting open their skull and exposing their brain to sunlight (or blood) can a new Norscan tree grow, with its own payload of Norscan warriors from its heads. Most trees are fuelled by blood and urine, mostly tended by Bloodletters and Khorne daemons.
The heads grow like fruit, sprouting limbs and bodies complete with armour. After a while, the heads drop and the warriors charge like beasts.
This is one messed up fanfic cos I think Norscans are so stupid and funny. I even made a picture of my weird headcanon!
