The Twi’lek planet one, where he faked a surrender to ram the base with the empty ship was the main example, and why making false surrenders (which the Jedi seem to have a bad habit of making) could put more lives in danger than if they didn’t betray the trust of their enemies.

I’m planning sometime next week to marathon all 11 star wars movies. It’ll apparently take around 25 hours to watch all of them.

So the Canadians made a lightsaber.
 
Well, tbf, it’s more a giant plasma torch. But, it’s blade shaped, retractable, has a defined end, and can cut through a steel door.

Sure beats Michio Kaku’s lightsaber idea, with the tungsten tube filled with holes.

Is there a flame on the end of the blade?

A slight one yea. And the edges of the blade carry a very acetylene torch’like flicker. Kind of looks like Kylo’s saber actually.
 
It’s not a perfect shaft, but the laminar flow valve they have on it does pretty well at making it decently well shaped.

Was thinking so. I had seen a vid of a proto-saber, and I was curious if this was that one. Seems to be.

It does cut flesh…buuuuuut, it takes a few seconds. Not perfect but hey…

Walkers, all walkers, are weak because of their design.

The AT-ST seems to make up for that flaw in it’s own design, and justifies having legs rather than hovering.

There is a rumor floating about that Kyle Katarn may be joining the live-action lineups. Likely in a Disney+ role.
 
 
And apparently, one of the actors being considered is fucking Shia LaBoeuf.

Well just add it to the pile with every single other Disney+ Star Wars series that are rumored.

I’m now thinking of just splitting my marathon in half. Episodes 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, and 3 one day and 7, RO, 8, Solo, and 9 the second.
 
Still looking at like 12 hours each though.

Go whole hog, add Clone Wars and Mando in there. Really just take a whole week of your life. Live the dream.
