Yeah, the Sonic Universe just feels empty without humans. I mean look at Sonic Forces, since that takes in the “Anthro” universe. If that same story takes place in the universe where Humans and Anthros coexists; it would be a totally different how it played out.

I call bullshit, since we haven’t seen humans (except Eggman/Robotnik) since Sonic Unleashed.

Eggman is a human so he counts. Either way, I was referring to ‘as a whole’ as opposed to present day, and not being seen doesn’t mean they don’t exist. That being said, it would be nice to see a fix of both.

i the problum is it’s i don’t know how they’ll reconcile the antho/human world unless they go a modified Mobius route.

I mean, they can bring up the Dark Age of Sonic all they want, but compare them to the Sonic games we have in the 2010s; at least those Dark Age games were experimenting with ideas.

Honestly, the only truely great Sonic games that came out in the 2010s were Colors, Generations, and Mania.
 
Forces was dull, bland, and felt too safe.
 
Lost World was decent but suffered from a painfully bad story and unnesecarily difficult final world.
 
Free Riders was hot garbage
 
The mobile games were just freenium trash.
 
Team Sonic Racing was solid, but felt kinda lackluster compared to another game that was coming out at the same time.
 
And the less said about Rise of Lyric, the better.

The 2010s bare the real Sonic ‘dark ages’ to me. (no I’m not gonna complain about Generations again even tho I don’t like it)
 
I don’t hate Forces as much as I probably should, as it arguably is even more of an insult to the Sonic legacy and history than Generations as the latter didn’t even try, but it had a few good ideas that justify it enough to me to have decently enjoyed playing it to build my character and play as Shadow a couple times and not much else. Also Infinite has a cool design.
 
Team Sonic Racing is fun. Mania is fine but I’ve grown sick of it and I really desperately wish a modern 3D game would even try to attempt something like it.
 
I don’t care about Colors or Lost World, never played a Boom game, I forgot Free Riders came out in 2010, and never played a mobile game.

I hered that Sonic has not been using Cream Lately. I wouldn’t know I haven’t played a Sonic Gamce scene Heros.
 
But it’s to bad Cream is cute. Maybe the games can bring in Tangle from the comics and she could take over for big.

I would be very depressed if the IDW characters appeared in games (mobile doesn’t count) while for over 20 years no Archie ones did. Favoritism would kill me.

I didn’t know the comics had more than one conuanty.
 
Yaa let’s bring in Sally and Bonnie frist.

I actually enjoyed Team Sonic Racing. It just felt kinda lacking in terms of content (only 15 racers for example).
 
Or maybe it just feels that way cause CTR Nitro Fueled LITERALLY came out a month later. Talk about bad timing.

Yes let’s not encourage discourse.  
They both make perfectly valid points,folks.  
Personally I’d like too see all the various canons of Sonic amalgamated together.
