Questions about Deviantart and Account Termination and NCMEC

I’ve been looking through Deviantart, and as a new user there are things that confuse me.

Would Deviantart really terminate your account for something like a foot fe*tish of say Tails or May and Lana from Pokemon?

And would they really report your image to the NCMEC?

And I wonder, do these things apply mostly to art or also comments?

If anyone knows the ins and outs of Deviantart I would like to know since I’m a newbie.
