Pokemon General [SFW, No NSFW]

Nope.

Just started the Crown Tundra! Like with the Isle of Armor, I went in with some non-maxed out Pokémon so I could have a fair challenge against this expansion’s story. But due to my lack of motivation with Pokémon lately and being distracted with other games, I could only push out three non-maxed Pokés. Clefable, Alakazam and Azumarill. With the rest of the my team being filler 100s as backup in case things get too much. And to my surprise, I was caught off guard in the first battle in the Crown Tundra. Since Peony is a Steel-type user and two of my newly raised Pokémon are Fairy-types, he actually KO’ed my Azumarill. But then I did choose Belly Drum over Superpower which should have been the better move to choose considering our level difference. Hope it wasn’t cheating that I had to use my Mew to back my new team up. Also, did my first Dynamax Adventure and caught a Ho-oh! Legendary or not, I’ll add it to my Crown Tundra team. Also since the game autosaves for events like these, thank Arceus for Nature Mints.

I’ll gladly side with other fans about wanting removed features to come back as permanent features more than the fans who want another B1/W1 tier story.

I think I didn’t word my statement right. Nothing is wrong with having a story as good as the Gen 5 games. I just want the removed features back more.

That would be awesome but in The Pokémon Company’s eyes, that’s too much work and they’re scared they’ll lose millions if they don’t release the game on time with the anime and merchandise.

Did Black and White take much longer to develop than a modern game because of the writing?
 
And recycling old mechanics really seems like it would save time in development, not waste it.

I wouldn’t know, though I doubt they would lose much if the anime and merch was secondary to the games instead of the games secondary to the anime and merch.

I remember reading somewhere that while the games make them famous, all the non-game merch makes them RICH.
