I came across a video called Haxorus Touched Me in Bad Places, and I don’t want to watch it since I’m not sure I’d like the content or what it will recommend me afterwards, but I am curious about what it’s about. Anyone brave enough to check it out for me?

I’d go with “no” because it adds to individual uniqueness of them. (Also, if there’s an easy fix like that, Trainers might be less careful about injuries.)

Speaking of individual uniqueness, it’s cool that the games can often characterise Trainers and such decently with just a few limited conversations. Like the apprentices in Emerald’s Battle Tower or the “love interest” in BW2.
 
Heck, just the fact that virtually every trainer from Gen 2 onwards has a name…

Black and White had nostalgia too. But are we going for both installments or just B1/W1?  
And regards to story, I still consider it just a lucky coincidence that we got that kind of story in the first place.

I’ll go with both for fans of B/W2. And maybe it’s only a “lucky coincidence” because the company stop trying to make great stories because people will keep eating the games up without actually caring about quality.

I hate the franchise’s removing mechanics fetish, especially when they just redo it for no reason like megas and maxing.

He creeps me out. And talks about forcing us to free ore pokemon, and I think the game wants us to ship him with the player.
 
Also my normal distaste for villains who are male.

N isn’t that creepy. N starts off like creepy person but at the end of Black and White. You see him distraught.

That’s because he was raised by pokemon who had abusive trainers, and I think that’s the shippers talking more than the game itself.
 
And that may be you being bias towards females.

Big G is playing him like a Getter so everybody will free there Pokemon and he will obliterate them with his battilan of Hydragon and Genosect.

Sounds like your first impression was tainted by others. And yes, he was being played by his adopted father, hence him being a bit tragic that his desire for pokemon being freed by humans was mislead, and him questioning his dream after meeting trainers who take great care of their pokemon. And Genosect wasn’t connected to Ghetsis himself in the game, I believe.

Interesting thing is, people in game don’t mind N having the belief that humans should release their pokemon, but that he’s trying to force others to release them instead of letting them choose. Funny how mature the game was about people having different ideas and opinions.
