I’m in a good mood after finding out about the new Shaman King Anime adaptation coming out early next year, so I decided to do another, this time brand-new profile.
This was rather fun to do, and I hope you all enjoy it, and that you’re doing well.

Relka: Patron-Goddess of Vendors and Merchants.

Among the Gods and Goddesses ruling above Ingracia, Relka is one of the more outgoing. She is also one of the easiest to encounter due to her propensity for looking for anything new, or anything she finds interesting. After locating the object of her interest, Relka uses her psychometry to find an object’s history, and then uses a spell that’s unique to her to find its value, be it monetary or otherwise.

As the Embodiment of Value, Relka has a variety of spells and abilities which let her weigh an object’s value against another, or use a form of Equivalent Exchange whenever a trade or transaction occurs. All of her shrines which are scattered across Ingracia have built-in spell matrices that act in a similar manner, reading and comparing any given object’s value against another.

Being part dragon, or at least draconic in nature, Relka has a hoard of her own. As the fore mentioned Embodiment however, hers is a wide array of various objects, including mountains of countless gold or silver coins and priceless artefacts from civilisations long past, to various sets of armour or weapons and even entire libraries of books, tomes, grimoires and the like, whether they’re magical or otherwise.

The shrines dedicated to her that can be found throughout Ingracia can be used to interact with Relka, and portable ones, usually in the form of a necklace, brooch or ring are often carried and worn by various merchants, peddlers and traders. The ones which ae harder to find, usually in mountaintops or underground or underwater caves have been known to bequeath anyone fortunate enough to find them with a simple gift, most often in the form of a small amount of gold, silver, or a platinum coin or a few. The of the shrines that are the hardest to locate offer far larger rewards, such as a few Spellbooks containing rare, or even lost forms of thaumaturgy, a form of weapon or piece of armour with several, mostly-unknown enchantments.

The reward with the highest known value that has been found is the sword Toneruth, found by the Chronicler of Iridia and their companions on their journey through Gal-Garth.

Toneruth possesses its own unique, weight, power, balance and shape, and there are countless ripples decorating the sides of the blade. The scabbard is a midnight blue, with opulent, silver filigree decorating it from end-to-end.

Its blade rends through mana and will, instead of skin or scales, rendering thick skin, armour and scales useless. The trade-off is that Toneruth can still be parried or blocked by a normal weapon, because there isn’t any will for it to cut through, with the exception of the opponent’s weapon being a Tsukumogami.
The greatest demonstration of its power occurred during the chronicler’s encounter with the ninth King of Cartuga, Antonio, where a single swing after being drawn from its sheath ripped through the castle and both the land and sky behind it.

Toneruth is still within the Chronicler’s ownership, and has since been repaired by Myrna after their recent visit to Kel’Zek. The Forgemaster herself theorised that it may be able to carve through anything, and that the almost countless ripples decorating its blade each denote another way of using it.

The scales decorating Relka’s back are often shed dozens at a time, and she has taken to using them as a form of pseudo-currency, scattering them across Ingracia in the progress. After bringing a certain amount of the scales to one of her shrines, the scales can be traded for an item of equal value from her hoard. Some of the rarest items which have been given thus far include two series of Spellbooks containing Soulweaver and crystallization magic, respectively, and a small group of what have been since named, Thaumicite, mana crystals that generate their own magical energy, seemingly out of thin-air.

The gems in question have since been used as a power source for various magically-powered machines and devices, a fair number of which have been used to mine the deepest parts of the mountain Kel’Zek resides in, while the others have been given to its king.
