I’m pretty sure that would be like an ice elemental, which we’ve had before, in some variation.

Asking cause I created an character who looks human but has blue hair, light blue skin and is made of ice with ice powers. Her name is Kumi.

Glacies are basically ice-element magic crystallized into a solid, living form, as are Ice Queens, IIRC, so she more-or-less counts.

Ah, I got another girl who’s named Rot, she is a woman who is infused with Black mold and is now quite literally a human shaped moldy horror. [Mind if I post a pic of her?]

Nah, it’s fine.  
The infused with ‘black mold’ part sounds similar to the way being turned into an Incubus/Mamono works in MGE, so I’d say it counts.

Here’s Rot, she was once a biologist who wanted to enhance human biology but infused herself with the mold serum and it caused her to turn dark grey and be made out of a very scary and infectious fungus.

Not to mention Rot’s chest expanded and mouth and eyes ooze a slimy mold. She also tore all of her clothes off except her underwear as if she’s trying to lure males to infect them.
