Eraserhead can’t remove mutation-type quirks, and i’m pretty sure that’s the category Tooru’s quirk falls under, so he wouldn’t be able to do that to her

If there’s quirk that can remove non mutation types then one that will eventually will show up.
Let’s assume it is not a mutation type but a manipulation one. Maybe she is not so much invisible but rather can reflect the light.
So in a way, she appears invisible to us and everyone else but her appearance doesn’t really change
