Doesn’t clearly say, but a comment says it’s censored. Humble Bundle also has it but it’s also unclear if it’s censored or not, and it’s on sale there right now, and they include both a Steam code and a DRM-free version. Steam might have it uncensored though.
 
I have both the Humble Bundle and Steam versions and they both say “uncensored” on the bottom left of the screen but I haven’t played through it myself.
