I guess I shouldn’t be surprised if there aren’t any Guardians anymore then there also wouldn’t be any of the Divine Beasts as well.

I did run into a three-headed dragon and almost killed me, but I ran for it (not gonna attempt boss battles until I’m a bit more prepared)

Well I’m impressed, after Tarrey Town Hudson and Rhonson decided to start a business making homes and that whole forest behind the town has been expanded for more homes.
Also turns out they have a daughter, and I could help but chuckle that they made her a Gerudo with his hair.

Also NOOO! SOMEONE HAS TAKEN MY HOME! Those construction guys worked so hard to build and furnish my place and I even deck it out with my own personal weapon collection just for someone else to take it. At least they kept my photo of me, Zelda, Daruk, Mipha, Urbosa, and Revali in the same place.

Speaking of which: I’ve done more building of things then I ever thought I would, I mean that was the one reason I lost interest in Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts, thankfully it’s not as tedious so I won’t be quitting (plus I’m already invested in the story).

Well I see where the game get’s it’s title, Impa gave me a mission to investigate the giant image put into the field which I thought she meant to get a picture from high up but actually there is a puddle of water hidden in the image and when you investigate, it turns into a tear drop and you are then shown a cutscene.
Obviously this is the same as the memories in Breath of the Wild where location places that had pictures taken unlocks a memory from 100 years ago,
here you are shown a scene of what happened to Zelda and turns out she traveled back in time to when Rauru was alive and king of Hyrule.
I’ve seen these images all over Hyrule so I might as well investigate them as much as I can.

Fun fact, that photo only appears if you’ve already beaten “Champion’s Ballad”. If you only owned the Wii U version of BOTW though…you’re out of luck. (Not that it would matter, it’s a nice little “old save bonus”)

My god this has to be the most intense I’ve seen Ganondorf in any game.

I’ve found all the lookout towers and finding these memories is surprisingly easy.

I found all the memories and it turns out Zelda turned herself into an Immortal dragon, so now she flies over Hyrule I guess (kinda feel bad if I have to shoot at her to collect material like with the other dragons).

Don’t worry. Her role isn’t over ..

It’s nice that they built a statue in Sidon’s honer (even though they had to replace the Mipha statue).
Also sweet that Sidon got engaged to a Zora woman (I bet all the Link×Sidon shippers were disappointed in that).

Playing the Zora storyline is like playing Super Mario Sunshine.

Also I just noticed that they put Mipha’s statue at the top of the peak and has her own little section dedicated to her.

The nice thing about amiibo for this game (and the previous one) is just how helpful they have been in my playthroughs; the materials for cooking and upgrading, the weapons and shields, and of course the costumes which have helped me out in getting to places a lot more quicker like the Vah Rudania Divine Helm you get from the Daruk amiibo which made it easier to go into Goron City and Death Mountain with fire proof.

It’s nice that Link has an entourage in this game, reminds me of playing Kingdom Hearts. It’s great they can fight back enemies with me so it isn’t just to use their special techniques.

For what it’s worth I’ve actually been getting quite a lot of use out of it when exploring the skies so it’s not as bad as I thought originally. I’m currently looking for the ancient text slabs since I know where some of them are located.
