In fairness, I see many “anti-woke” people standing up for the game from those accusing it of that, as well, (even pointing out Link isn’t being disrespected as he goes down a hero, and beats Ganon) and some “woke” people are bashing it for not being “woke” enough. So it’s not just only one side bashing it or the other.

I kinda disagree with people saying Zelda should use a sword, because if she did, gamers would rely on that instead of her new abilities, and then she would just be Link.
I think this magic and puzzle aspect suits her wisdom better.

If I could date any Zelda, I’d want the one from Hyrule Warriors cuz she fights in that one and I like active women more.

The King of Hyrule is also rather dark/tan in some games.
No surprise this is getting artwork. Also I don’t know if this game will have amiibo support, but if it does I hope that they give you more outfits based on which amiibo you tap.
