Using r/jimsterling as a "respectable" source for gaming related news is like saying that Mc Donalds is a respectable source for diet related info.
The information about CDPR was made public on a site which allows for anonymous reviews. It's especially a sketchy site to base your info on since much bigger companies like Ubisoft and EA have much higher recomendations, even if they release more games per year, which in turn would also mean more work for developers.
If those were reviews of veryfied employers, who would provide (at least) thier name, then it could be concidered a "trustworthy" site. Most of the reviews there had the same pros and cons, which leads to belive that they were all made up (as everyone remotly interested in criminology knows, if testimonies match up almost perfectly, they are most likely made up).
