This custom episode occurs after Thorax becomes king and before Chrysalis makes the Mean 6. Within that time frame, she was still bitter about losing her kingdom. So around that time, Thorax was made a king, and a few changelings didn’t accept Thorax but preferred Chrysalis as their leader. These drones will then later be known as Loyalist Changelings.
Chrysalis had capitalized on this, but she needed a home, a new place to call her hive. So she usurped an ancient castle that held within it the rich lore of a long-dead equine civilization of powerful priests, sorcerers, and warriors. Unbeknownst to her, however, upon taking over the castle, she accidentally disturbed the ancient spirits that dwell within the old kingdom, making them hostile.
She devised her plan and mastery of illusion magic, the ancient magic from the castle, and her new army quickly reforming. Kidnap the four prominent princesses of Equestria. Find and steal the Crystal Heart for its infinite love magic so that power can be weaponized, and just out of spite, steal Flurry Heart’s pendant that she received from her ceremony of birth.
Things are looking pretty bad, Equestria’s in trouble, and it needs a hero to save it. What are the odds that it could be a clumsy and bumbling pony like yourself? At this rate, we’ll need a miracle, but because that’s not exactly an option, we’ll have to settle for you. Create your hero using the Mine Little Pony mod as you enter the Crystal Camp and enroll as a soldier in the Crystal Empire.
(What is there to be expected so far:
  • A gigantic creepy cavern that used to be a surface before its burial.
  • Over twenty different types of changelings to encounter, some much more dangerous than others.
  • A unique adventure in the sandbox world of Minecraft, using mods made by the community to shape the game into something fresh and exciting.
  • Many side-quests to add to the adventure and bond with your camp friends.
  • An elaborate and balanced combat system that intrigues and challenges you.
  • Tons of custom, upgradeable spells and melee to unleash absolute mayhem onto Chrysalis’s army.
  • Challenges, thrills, and puzzles keep your blood pumping and your brain working.
  • A thoroughly calculated economic currency system using bits as the go-to for buying and selling goods.
  • Plenty of hidden secrets, Easter eggs, and routes to explore. Can you find them all?
  • And tons of edited sounds and music using Audacity added in.)

Difficulty
  • The difficulty is designed instead… pragmatically. Using logic rather than spamming mobs and raising their stats is more practical. So, decision-making will play a grand role in your survival. If fighting results in your needless sacrifice, then run away. You’re not very reliable to Equestria if you’re dead. By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.
  • Death will bite very hard. It is in your best interest to avoid dying at all costs, as it will cost you considerably if you do. Not only will you lose everything in your inventory and have to retrieve it from whence you fell, but Chrysalis will occasionally mock you for dying just to rub salt into the wound. This should give the player more incentive to try harder, right?

Combat
  • The combat has been planned to work rather elaborately; there are three different types to use: Melee is the most direct and is usually the best choice when you want to start a combo. It is excellent against ranged foes, but not against magic ones; ranged deals in everything distance-based; if it can be tossed, thrown, or fired out, then it’s generally considered a ranged attack.
  • Ranged is great against magic foes, but not against melee ones; lastly, magic, this will undeniably be the most fun that you’ll have in the game. There are a lot of spells; with nearly fifty to choose from and the ability to create your own, you have a delicious arsenal at your disposal. Magic is great against itself and melee but not great against ranged foes. Think of those as rock, paper, scissors.

Economy
  • Money is sadly in everything and everywhere, even in this adventure. Bits and gems are the go-to for buying and selling goods. Bits will help you purchase essentials and even a few things you might want. Gems function a bit differently, however. Gems will usually be able to buy what bits alone simply cannot, as gems are just more valuable and slightly harder to obtain.
  • For example, the conversion rate for a single gem is five bits if you want to get them quickly. There are other ways to gather them; exploration, defeating enemies and completing side-quests. Money will be a handy tool to survive, so keep an eye on it. Do you want to avoid losing all your precious loot before dying if you know death is inevitable? That’s where Coco Pommel will help you in the camp to store all of your items before you go out into the field.

Parkouring?
  • Yes, you heard that right. You can also use parkour skills to traverse the field to access harder-to-reach areas. Double jumping, crawling, sliding, long jumping, wall jumping, and wall running for the exploration. It can also work in combat, too. Front and back flipping, dodging, and rushing into your foe to close distance with melee or to help you avoid taking damage.
  • You’ll also have access to many gadgets and tools to help with your parkouring endeavors. Sometimes you’ll need a certain gadget before you can access a certain area, making backtracking necessary and rewarding. You never know what goodies or secrets you will find; the good adventurer is always thorough in their search.

Stealth
  • I think that everyone could agree that no good game is ever complete without any stealth elements. I certainly do, as this will be added in the game; sometimes, fighting your enemy isn’t always the best solution; you’ll need to be more subtle in your approach. Coming from the legendary Sun Tzu himself, “make your plans as impenetrable as the night, then when on the move, fall like a thunderbolt.”
  • Some enemies also need to be avoided and treated with extra caution. Should you ever have the unfortunate pleasure of encountering foes with a red skull icon over their heads? This means that you cannot fight them, period; no amount of training or preparation will give you an advantage; run, hide, or find any way you can to outwit them.
  • There is also one enemy that, while not unbeatable, can still be quite troublesome; Stealth Changelings are a very fickle foe indeed. They are difficult to see in dark areas; owing to their translucent bodies; they are generally weaker than any other enemy. However, do not allow them to get behind you, or you’ll be in great danger.
