A bit of sad news. Chris Ayres, famous dub actor who voiced Frieza in Dragon Ball Z Kai, passed away last night following health complications related to COPD.

Just heard about it awhile ago, R.i.p Chris Ayres.

Even though I grew up with Linda Young being the voice of Frieza, Chris Ayres quickly became my favourite once I heard him. Really bummed that we’ve lost him…

After 10 years of no new content, Nichijou is entering back into serialization.

I finally got around to watching Mieruko Chan. It’s a surprising good mix of horror and comedy. There’s also a bit of satire in it relating to toxic people, which I quite enjoy.

I’ve been putting together a list of all the anime that I watched over the last two and a half months or so, in roughly the same order that I completed each show. It’s not a comprehensive list though, since I’ve only included series that I “finished”- that is to say, either I watched the entire series to the end, or I watched as much of the anime adaptation as is currently available.
As a sidenote, all shows were in their dubbed form, with the exception of those marked with a *, as those don’t have a dub at this time.

WOW. Okay. Okay. That’s some… really good news.

And I just came here to say that the first volume of the OVERLORD light novel is now an audiobook on Audible. It’s even narrated by Ainz’ English-dub voice actor!

Decided to renew my Crunchyroll sub so I can watch stuff again. Currently started Miss Koboyashi’s Dragon Maid S. After I’m done with that, it might be time to finally give Cowboy Bebop a watch and see what all the fuss is about.

Yeah, I’m the same way with Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. See what is commonly thought of as one of the highest rated anime of all time is made of.

Dragon Maid S has been finished for like a month now. You could watch it without a subscription.

Totally knew that I didn’t need the sub to watch it… ’>_>

Still, there’s plenty of other things to watch that do require it, though.

I’m shocked there’s not been an actual anime with this scene

I’m kinda happy that I was able to identify 11/12 of them before it was finished/revealed. A handful I called almost immediately. The only one I didn’t recognize was the 8th, and that’s only because I didn’t watch Demon Slayers.
