Interspecies Reviewers is one of the funniest animes currently airing. It also has some excellent world building. People who pretend it’s nothing but lite hentai are fooling themselves. The show is fucking hilarious.

Mainly because the series is old and popular, so there’s been a lot of time for things from it to spread around.
 
And also because, as the title suggests: It’s rather Bizarre, and has done a lot of different concepts and scenarios. to the point where it could start to be easier to list what hasn’t appeared in it.
 
Sorta like a “Simpsons did it” deal, if you’re familiar with that.
 
And it also turned into its own meme where people will take anything remotely related and go “Is that a JoJo’s reference?”  
So, sorta a perpetual motion of memes.

I have some friends who keep bringing up Jo-Jo references but never referenced anything else they watched so I was pretty confused

I swear if Bofuri wasn’t in CGDCT category it would be frustrating to watch, especially if MC was male
