To better explain, pretend you have a fetish for red hair. You LOVE women with red hair, and think men with red hair aren’t half-bad either! When you have sexual fantasies, do they lean towards Scenario A (you meet a red-haired person somewhere and since you both share some mutual interests, you both fall madly in love with each other) or Scenario B (you become a world-famous geneticist and manage to cure a wide variety of diseases, but secretly tweak the cure to add a harmless effect that boosts the prevalence of red hair from ~2% of humanity to 40%), or Scenario B2 (a genie or deity grants you a wish, and you wish to be either transported to a world with mostly red-haired people or change this world to be mostly red-haired people).
