Each stealth boy has it’s own charge level that you toggle on and off with an extra key. You can also get an implant that lets you have a rechargable stealth field of your own. The cost of being able to toggle them is a lower total duration.

There’s a separate menu that lets you toggle all the features of the mod from in-game. You can also choose not to load the cybernetics implant system or the re-balancing module by not checking them in the mod load screen.
 
Plus patches for Project Nevada with quite a few mods.

I went with only the re-balancing module disabled. Try it out and tweek it to your fitting.

Does any body else think point lookout should have had it’s enemies rebalanced, I mean the swamp men are worse than freaking hellfire troopers!

It’s that 20 or so points of piercing damage that really kills people. Take that away and they’re mainly easy.

tbh much of Fallout 3 could stand to be rebalanced. They vastly improved on that I feel for New Vegas, but things like the persistent Albino Rad-scorpions are a fucking pain in the ass and a primary reason I don’t play FO3 as much as I could.
 
Balancing to the player’s level doesn’t often seem to work I feel and would much rather see enemies distributed on geography.
 
The general enclave are easy for me to handle on my own.

Yeah, Just like that damn tri-beam rifle, I think it should have been made as a place for lower level players who aren’t ready for the enclave and super mutants yet,

Want to hear a scary fact? The bruiser swampfolk can actually deal damage on par with a deathclaw if robbed of their axe.  
Plus doesn’t that extra 20 damage apply to every pellet when they a use a shotgun?

Speaking of the original Fallout, it was supposed to be possible to speed run through the entire game in about 10 minutes.

Project Nevada was a dry hole. Lagged out my game. Oh well, vanilla new vegas is still good

Can we just talk about how awesome Point Lookout was? I lost countless of hours splorin’ that shit.

But the balancing was awful, And the whole thing felt very jarring compared to how enthralling the rest of the game was, It’s not bad but it’s defiantly the weakest of the DLC,

It was the best of the Fallout 3 DLC. It just gave you a big, interesting world to run around in, with a minimum of that atrocious Bethesda writing to drag you down.
