I have been struggling with this topic for a very long time in my life. I believe Dabura is very powerful and could one shot Cell, also because Gohan had to go SSJ2 vs Cell to "kamihami-ha!!!" him and had help from his father. He didn't need help from his older parental figure and only had to go ssj1 (not ssj2 don't let the fake dragon ball fans tell you lies) to fight dabura. Discuss.
