Middle Eastern food is amazing.

I love Eastern food, whether it's Middle Eastern, East Asian, South East Asian or South Asian.

I just finished making 40 spring rolls. The ingredients cost about €6 total. Not bad, huh?

Korean Kimchi dumplings. I love these. They are called mandu in Korean.

(The meat is completely optional)

When it comes to making dumplings and Cong you bing, my family specializes in it.

MRE rations aren't bad. And they have a nice variety. Hell they even make vegetarian MREs

I've heard they even have Halal and Kosher varieties.
I'm actually becoming more interested in Kosher foods.

Only chocolate, which is purposely bad flavored to prevent the soldier from wolfing it down instead of rationating it to make it last.

I enjoy cooking. I hate people talking at me when I cook.

I used to buy frozen versions of these from my local grocery store. But they don't sell them anymore :(. Loved them for breakfast.

I don't mind people talking to me when I cook, but one. does. not. ever. mess with my food. There's a lid or cloth over a pot or dish? Leave it! There's something in the oven? Don't open it! And just try to add anything without my consent!

That happened to me once when I made chili. Someone tried to dump water in it to make it thinner. I stopped them and then kicked them out of my apartment…

I prefer that as I simply strike them with a cooking implement. But if they talk I have to be nice and pretend what they say matters.

My brother once opened the oven while I was making a soufflé. That didn't end well for him…
There was also this one time when I lived in Maastricht when my roommates got impatient. The potatoes weren't of great quality and they took forever to cook. Now, I'm not somebody who loses their cool easily, but they where whining so much I ended up slamming the food on the table so hard it went flying out of the pot. They never bitched again.

I wouldn't hit people, especially for such a small misdemeanor. It is a pet peeve of mine, though, and people do know this.
