And that interview barely even mentions Lauren or why she left (or if she even left; given that Amanda Ryna is referred to as “co-executive producer”, Lauren may still be involved, but it’s all very vague).
 
At least with MLP she CHOSE to leave…

Well, people usually claim that she left because she hated Equestria Girls (even though while she did dislike that concept she left at least a couple years before it would’ve even been in pre-production).

I believe she left during season 2 production and Equestria girls come out after season 3 and only what happened in production around the same time as that season

I remember a couple of years ago shortly after the advancement that she was no longer involved in the cancelled Medusa movie somebody posted a picture of a Tumblr post asking people to repost if they want her back and the person got upset when people were not posting

I can’t find any articles same she was fired so maybe she did.  
I don’t think a lot was known about the movie before it was cancelled(the emoji movie had nothing to do with why)

Glitch Techs is a good show and more people should watch. Like, if word spreads far enough, they’ll get a second season!
