I actually liked “Quack Pack” as a kid, but nobody else seemed to like that show, aside from the cooler Kath Soucie Daisy Duck.

Maybe some didn’t like the teenaged versions of Huey, Dewy, and Louie. but they were still pretty true to the original characters. Or maybe some felt it was an edgier, or too modernized “Goof Troop” knock-off.
 
Ironically, their voices sounded younger then the modern voices.

I believe it’s because the show was pretty much a 90s reboot not a show came out in the 90s but a show that came from the 90s. which looking back at some of those shows feels like parodies of the 90s

In the sake of fairness I will watch some episodes on Disney+
