Yeah, during one of his “warp-spasms” they managed to calm him down by dunking him in 3 barrels of water.
 
The first immediately exploded from the heat intensity of his rage, the second rapidly evaporated into searing steam, the third boiled but finally did the trick.

 
For me, the only true Cu Chullain. Just kidding. But as a teenager in the mid-90s, I found this version in Gargoyles pretty cool. Well, I would have to see the episode again to balance nostalgia with reality. ;-)

Irish demi-god hero, son of the Celtic God of Light, kinda like Heracles/Hercules mixed with the Hulk, trained under a war goddess and held of an entire army by himself due to a curse on the men of Ulster.
