If Bluey counts as western animation, I gotta ask: How come after the original dialogue of Teasing was changed to "Shoobedoowa" (idk how the fuck it's spelled), it'he episode is still omitted from both streaming on Disney+ and future rerun airings on Disney channels.

Is "Shoobedoowa" just as offensive as the original dialogue? And how is "Shoobedoowa" offensive when I see nothing offensive about it? Or was there something else?
