I’m pretty sure the Clerk would ask for the ID anyways. And he/she would see that she is too young for that game. Nevermind the fact that 8 in dogs years is old.

It seems that we will get a direct tomorrow.

Nope the direct is tomorrow but the game itself comes out next month.

In fairness, honestly Nook is a nice boss, and businessman.
 
Heck, he lets you get away with not paying off your loans, and such for a long time, and in the 3DS game if you do pay them off, he’ll gladly sing you the song of his people.

It’s also nice in the Direct they addressed the “game won’t support cloud back-up” issue, and they’re fixing it, (apparently going to give AC it’s own server, to avoid the issue of “save-scumming/cheating,”) which people were going nuts, or even protesting the game over.
 
Nice the game supports Amiibo, and even “Pocket Camp” connectivity, (which I was not expecting) which makes me glad I have both.

So how you like the series so far?
 
Funny you mentioned the sea butterfly’s container is like Metroid in the video game thread, because in every AC game sense the DS game (“Wild World”) you could actually get a Metroid in a capsule container as a furniture item.  
It even plays the Metroid title theme briefly, and makes Metroid sounds too if you click on it.
 
Hope that item is in “New Horizons” too, as well as the Samus Varia suit & helmet.

Yeah, the series has been like that. Probably why it’s so popular.
 
Some write it off as a “Kiddy version of The Sims,” which never seemed fair to me, as both are quite different, and AC is more RPG-like, and has the player more in control of one character, and such. I also prefer AC’s less realistic look, and feel.

My island is done.
 
 
I will go online to play with others when I move out of the house I live in which is soon.

Apparently, a developer on the game is thrilled by the huge amount of Doom Slayer & Isabelle fanart there is online.
