I hate MMA fans sometimes because they hate it when the fight starts off with grappling and no striking then complains the fight being boring when the whole thing becomes basically a fight on the ground and nobody’s getting knocked out. It’s called MIXED Martial Arts for a reason, dummy.

Go back watching boxing or street fights, casual.

THey don’t respect the art. You can’t just punch people in the throat, or back of the head. You can’t bite people or stomp people on the ground. You can’t bash the side of someones head with the front of your skull, or rip the inside of their mouth or poke their eyes out.

If MMA didn’t have rules, the fighters would have a very short life span.

If i wanted to survive, I would grapple more often. Or run like a normal person, but we’re talking a sport here.

If someone wanted to see some evil carnage, they should go to war, or join a street fight themselves. MMA fighters are some of the most powerful and skilled fighters in the world, but they have a system of respect or else they’d all be dead.

You can strike a person on the ground, only if you’re also on the ground with them. You can’t just soccer kick a downed opponents head if you’re standing over them.

The worst part of working swing shifts is that on Friday nights, you’re stuck at work while everyone else is enjoying the very beginnings of their weekends.

Holiday rush is starting to creep in around the corner and it’s taunting me.

I really need someone to talk to me. Mainly if they are interested in my tail fetish brand.

Meanwhile in a balanced world:

Fuck I be getting out of line. I understand a lot of crap about abstraction, free speech and all that, but when the insults start flying i’m gone. Even if i started it.

I don’t think any art should be banned. Otherwise Doom and Mortal Kombat would be fucked. I let my emotions get the best of me.

I draw some weird crap too, which is arguably abusive to somebody. Maybe i shouldn’t be the fantasy art police.

From now on, if art isn’t actually promoting abuse, I’ll ignore it. Mortal Kombat doesn’t actually tell you to punch someones head off.

For me, it’s some of the “fluffy abuse” images. Or images like the one you’re talking about. I could go a lifetime without having to see some of those images ever again.

But … yeah. It’s usually better to just ignore them, especially if the other people involved crave the attention.
