Just…make sure your seafood is worm free.
Double triple check the worminess of your fish.
Even fish packaged from the supermarket may have worms.
If you squeamish with worms, never work with fish.
By the way. Frozen fish is safe. If you freeze the fish to -4 degrees for a week the worms dedd.
BUT, it's still in that fillet somewhere. Just fyi. I eat fish knowing that I prolly eat dedd worms too.
