I just overheard “it’s bad that hes dating his ex girlfriend’s niece”.
 
I’m not sure what to make of it. From the sounds of it, it’s a guy in his early 30s dating the 18ish niece of his ex.
 
Wow, that’s low. I mean, I dated my exes sister. But my ex was also an emotionally abusive bitch that cheated on me, and her sister was there for me after the fact.

Where is everybody?

Why is it so difficult to let go of negative experiences. the memories do nothing but make me extremely miserable, but it feels like the memory lasts forever while the good memories only last until next week

Now I can see why I do stocking and shelving cause they told me to do cart pushing for the first time and wow was it strenuous.

Negativity Bias and flashbulb memories.

So they’re rebuilding the bridge in the Virgin River gorge between St. George, Utah and Mesquite, Nevada. Not looking forward to the detour I might have to take on my next trip to Vegas.

At least you can drive there in a day for only the cost of gas. For me to get a nonstop flight to Vegas with the time I have off means driving 3 hours to another state just to get to the airport and paying at least $550.

Much less than a day. Vegas is about a 6 hour drive from Provo.

That’s too bad. I’ve been on quite a few planes, everything from A320s to 747s, never had an experience I’d consider bad, yet.

I use an adblocker for a reason, and sites that circumvent that by preventing me from accessing the site until I turn off adblocker are starting to piss me off. Some of them give you the option to continue with adblocker active, but some just throw up a big splash screen that says essentially “Turn off adlblock or we ain’t showing you shit!” So I just avoid ever going to those sites ever again. Problem solved.

This show tends to fearmonger to pad out time, it got really bad when the strange picture they where looking at was a Russian Smokescreen truck malfunction.
