Compared with how many lives that have been ruined by doxxing?
When the police puts up pictures of criminals or missing people they don´t fall under private people here in Germany, don´t know about the USA.
For us nothing changes by twitters new rule, except the understanding thatusUS-twitter was pro-doxxing the whole time.
