Pls get some sleep.
There are ways to increase your awareness during the day and one of it is a good, long sleep. May take time but you can shift your natural chronotype if you "force" yourself to sleep at certain hours.
If you still can't find yourself awake despite the during the day without some unnatural aid despite the adjustment then consider taking up works at the hours you find best.
Sleepy workers are a liability for everyone else and especially risky for themselves.
