I just found out why she makes us (usually me) count out all the parts in a particular bin every time the welders claim that parts are missing. It's a form of MASS PUNISHMENT! MY WHOLE TEAM (and by that, it's mostly me) gets punished for the incompetence of one of its members! There are times I'd rather be written up and/or fired for incompetence than counting out another god damn bin!
