P.L. isn’t meant to be taken that seriously though. They’ve had other episodes where characters disagree, so I don’t think they’re preaching “everyone shouldn’t disagree.”
 
No offense, but aren’t you usually telling others not to take MLP too seriously?

You need to accept that negative opinions aren’t always bad, nor do they always hurt a series/franchise, sometimes they can help them improve.  
I disagree with Penguin about P.L., but it’s ok if he dislikes P.L.

I think variety is the key word about why I like the Mario games. There’s always something for bearly anything.
 
Even if the lava world, forest word, aqua world repeat themselves, sometimes you just need small changes to make it amazing and worth to play.
 
Love it or hate it, the love Mario games gather show the franchise keeps going because it always have something for anyone, kinda like the brony fandom, the reason why I like being a brony is because of the sheer versatility of this.

Yep. Kids aren’t developed enough to realize when it’s a “joke moral” or a real one, especially when they’re treated the same.

Stop having a all-or-nothing mindset when it comes to your requirements for who is your “friend” or not. And just because some people don’t like what you do doesn’t prevent you from making friends.

If a child is getting their moral compass from cartoons, the problems are far deeper than a few bad jokes.

It makes it more palatable and it breaks the preachiness and monotony. Also, I think that was more of a gag than a “moral”.

It’s a multi billion dollar company, a couple of people cancelling their subscriptions won’t make a dent. That’s like people trying to cancel McDonald’s saying that they won’t eat there anymore, it’s not gonna hurt them in the long run.

I mean really, some of the stuff they got away with in the 80s and 90s in terms of morals and lessons.
 
And you mooks are squabbling over a joke about reality TV.

Good point. I remember the original TMNT cartoon, (as much as I love it) had Splinter come to terms with no longer being human, after temporarily becoming human again, and having bad experiences with rude humans, and almost getting lyched as he gradually began to turn back into a rat, (even remarking, “Why do humans always hate everything different from them,” and “With how humans treatbeach other, I’m fine being a rat”) basically preaching, “Humanity is all bad,” which is kinda a toxic moral when you think about it.

And Netflix should have known better as well. Actions have consequences, and trying to excuse people/organizations/companies/industries just because you like them is a terrible mindset. We’re not talking about forgetting to pick-up someone’s lunch or making a small mistake, but greenlighting something that had red flags all over it.

Pirate apps doesn’t have the same experience in terms of user interface.
 
There are other better ways to watch on Netflix than that movie.

I’m all for roasting the s### out of reality TV. The problem here is that they make it seem like criticism is equivalent to being mean.

People put all too much baggage on others to take decitions and judgements.

Pinkie Pie got invited to be on a reality TV show and she was obviously worried about messing up during it, Bubbles was saying that comment in order to be mean to her and make her worrying worse.

He kept being toxic and manipulative to Fluttershy and kept annoying and causing problems with the Mane 6, and he abused Fluttershy’s love of animals by pretending to be cute and innocent and giving her gifts every time Fluttershy was about to call him out for his actions

Ed Edd and Eddy wasn’t a show about teaching morals, not to mention it was aimed at an older audience. I highly doubt the show would be what it was if it was rated TV-Y.

If you think a throwaway joke in a kids show is teaching them a lifelong moral that will amount to anything other than a dead neural connect in ten years time then it may be time for you to step down off your high horse.

I’ll say it again, the “make one bad thing and i won’t like you or support you anymore” mentality needs to die.
