Explorer in Training
A lot of people see Ho Oh as more feminine and Lugia as more masculine. And that's fine.

But if we were to go by animal behavior, Lugia could ne more feminine and Ho Oh the more masculine. Just like a brightly colored peacock vs a dull colored peahen.

I suppose it just goes into headcanon territory but just a thought.
