There should be a white square icon with ‘CC’ next to the gear in the bottom right in the video UI. Clicking on that should give you subtitles.  
If they’re not in English, they’re should be an option for it after clicking said gear icon. If not, then it means nobody’s added them.

I mean that the info on it says that the movie is in english, and am hopping that there’s a sub version as well there, since the sub and dub are more than a little different.
