The first to come to my mind is C/C/C, which is a currently anime-only deck in Arc-V, which seems to utilize quick play spells in conjunction with its key monster, and the opponents monster to summon different extra deck monsters.
Said extra deck also have effects that change their stats based on the opoonent's monsters, the attributes of what's on the field, and how many there are on the opponents board.
