Concept art of the Offspring from Alien Romulus shows that it was originally intended to continue to grow and mutate, until it finally molts its skin and reveals a full grown xenomorph. The implication being that xenomorphs are the end goal of anything infected with the black goo.

Now I wouldn’t mind a variant of that scene happening but eh. Not really digging the idea of xenomorphs specifically being inevitable.

In any unfiction webseries ARG that somehow takes place in our current or last decade (somewhere in the 2016 to present), if in any casual interaction between peers, if I don’t see or hear ANY memes or brainrot catchphrases…

Look. I understand that not everyone speaks brainrot. Neither do I. but if the conversation goes like:

“Hey buddy, we are going out for dinner later this evening. Are you coming with us?”
“Oh no I’m sorry I must finish this by tonight.”

that’s FINE. Matter fact it’s too good. However in 2024 nobody understands anybody. So I expect:

“Bruh, we pulling up that fire place tonight. I hear the food bussin. You in?”
“Excuse me?”
“We having dinner later. Coming’?”
“OH. Oh no I’m sorry I must finish this by tonight.”
“Type shii. Say less bro Imma let you cook.”
“WHAT?”
“I understand, I’ll let you work. See you tomorrow.”

Transformers One opened with $25 million domestically, behind Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

While not necessarily a failure, I can’t imagine Paramount and Hasbro being thrilled with this number. They were probably expecting $30 million at least.
