BC never officially went on full lockdown but we’re still ahead of the curve. They’re even planning to ease restrictions on gatherings now. I’m still not going to go to the mall yet but some of the nearby restaurants are offering take-out only.

Awesome. Didn’t even know this was a thing somehow. Luckily I’ve got an ever-expanding album collection of their music in my library!

You know, it’s really amazed how astronomer able to estimated the distance of the star in sky. One of the method that they use is trigonometric parallax, While I don’t understand it in full detail especially the equation. Even if I do, I will wrote like 10-20 paragraphs of text. Basically it’s using 2 different position look at the same target, using both Earth Apogee and Perigee to take the same pic of the same star and by comparing the slight different between two image.
 

 
It’s just amazed me how they figure this out, thought still. There is a limitation, it only good for measuring distance of star within 1,000 lightyear, further than that, the shift of between the images is so small hard to see. For something further they use the brightness and color of the star which honestly, I couldn’t even understand how it work XD

I’m sad to hear about Little Richard. He was one of my favorite musicians of all time.
